We want your Peptistry Skin experience to be seamless from checkout to delivery. Please review our shipping and return information before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST are processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of Peptistry Skin’s control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, please contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Returns

Due to the personal-use nature of skincare products, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

For unopened and unused products, contact Peptistry Skin Customer Care before sending anything back. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If tracking shows an issue with your shipment, please contact us so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps.
